1. What this site is

BookFunctionHalls.com is a directory that helps people discover, compare and enquire about function halls, banquet halls and wedding venues in Hyderabad. It is operated by DeccanBridge.

BookFunctionHalls.com is not a venue, an event organiser, or a party to any booking. When you submit an enquiry through a venue's listing, we pass your details to that venue — the venue itself confirms availability, pricing and every next step with you directly. We do not process payments for venue bookings, guarantee availability, or act as an agent for either side.

2. Listing accuracy

Venue details (capacity, pricing, amenities, photos) are sourced from a mix of public information, admin research and venue-owner submissions, and are indicative only. Always confirm details directly with the venue before making any commitment.

3. Claiming a venue

If you manage a venue listed on this site, you may submit a claim to take ownership of its listing. A claim is an assertion, reviewed by our team before it is approved — submitting a claim does not itself grant you control of a listing, and we may reject a claim we cannot verify.

4. Owner accounts and subscriptions

Once your claim is approved, you can manage your venue's listing, respond to enquiries, and invite staff. Some tools — currently the booking register and cash book — require an active paid subscription for that venue. Subscriptions are activated manually by our team; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how payment and cancellation currently work.

You're responsible for what you enter into your venue's booking register and cash book. These are your own private records for your own venue — we don't audit, guarantee, or take responsibility for their accuracy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use this site to:

• Submit a claim, review, or enquiry that you know to be false or fraudulent
• Impersonate a venue, business, or another person
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site's normal operation

We may suspend or remove an account, listing, review or claim that violates these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that listings are complete, current, or error-free, and we're not liable for any loss arising from a booking, enquiry, or business decision made based on information found here.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
